it's always interesting to see what someone else does with found objects in jewelry, particularly buttons. aren't these lovely, wearable pieces? more great work to see right here.

once in a while, following the traffic to my blog leads me down a really interesting path. recently, it brought me to anne holman. a girl after my own heart, she makes both thoughtful, visually arresting installations and interesting, whimsical jewelry. I'm guessing we also share a deep love of containers, scientific supply houses and the language of color.
do go check out the details of these pieces and more of her wonderful work right here. anne also has a great etsy shop with her jewelry line, well work a look, right here.

i'm conserving my energy these days, as my tendonitis has flared up painfully, due to an intense production schedule in the studio right now. i am leaving for a major craft fair in, eekkk! only 9 days! so this week, i have decided to just show you lovely things and not write any commentary. thanks for understanding.
enjoy more images of her work right here.
